This year's triathlon planning is underway. 

New for 2012:

We will be offering a Relay for the KOS 12-15 age category only, this is to encourage local youth to participate in the event.

We will be holding the registration fees at the same level as in the past.

We will be providing higher quality T-shirts for participants.

We will be asking for shirt sizes for ordering purposes.

All participants must sign a hard copy of the waiver, which will be posted on the website.  You can read it ahead of time and sign at race kit pick up or print it off, sign it, and hand in at Race Kit Pick up. 

We are looking at larger prizes to be awarded to the overall Sprint Triathlon winner - male/female.

Continuing in 2012:

We will be using the same routes as last year, maps are posted on the website.  The transition zone will be set up similar to the last year with a few modifications for better flow.

The gravel component of the Sprint/Relay course will remain the same as last year.  We do recommend Fat Tires for the Sprint/Relay event.  Information will be posted on the website under routes.

We will try to complete the medal presentations at the conclusion of each race (after everyone has finished), with the KOS event receiving their participant medal as they cross the finishline.

Registration is open, if you have participated in the past and provided an email address we have sent out a notice.
